Which HubSpot tier do I need?
Your processes, required features, users, data and governance determine the likely fit. Starter is a common starting point for straightforward CRM foundations, Professional for more connected processes, and Enterprise may be worth reviewing for demanding scale or governance. The checker gives a planning starting point, not a definitive requirement.
How does this checker recommend an edition?
It uses a conservative planning heuristic based on process, automation, reporting, data and governance answers. More than 10 paid-tool users also prompts review of the Starter limit on flexible pricing. Company size, business model and AI interest do not independently force an upgrade. Every result needs a feature and contract check.
Are Core Seats and Front Office Seats available on every contract?
No. This planner uses the flexible seats-and-credits model. Core Seats provide core edition access, while Professional and Enterprise Front Office Seats add dedicated customer-facing tools and include Core access. Existing contracts may retain other seat types. Confirm the model that applies to your account.
Does this tool calculate HubSpot Credits or software costs?
No. It identifies a usage planning profile. Estimate relevant email sends, workflow actions and AI/agent activity using your applicable rate sheet and contract. Included credits reset monthly and do not roll over on flexible pricing; confirm allowances, charges and available controls with HubSpot.
What does Hubflow implementation cost?
Starter implementation starts from £700, Professional from £2,000 and Enterprise is quoted to a custom scope. Final fees depend on agreed deliverables and complexity. HubSpot subscriptions, seats, credits, add-ons and any HubSpot onboarding charges are separate.
What if I already use HubSpot?
Start by reviewing your portal and contract. An audit and optimisation scope may be more useful than onboarding again. Data clean-up or migration, automation, training and ongoing support can be scoped around what already exists.
Do I need separate onboarding for each Hub?
Hubflow scopes one implementation around your business outcomes and likely edition. Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub, Data Hub, Content Hub and Revenue Hub remain useful capability names; the implementation offer is not a set of separate per-Hub packages.
