Training follows your roles and agreed processes. Sessions can cover CRM records, tasks, pipelines, marketing or service processes, dashboards, admin routines and supported AI use cases. The content is agreed before delivery.
Yes. Where access and the session scope allow, walkthroughs use your configuration and relevant examples. We agree suitable data, permissions and practical exercises before the session.
Yes. We agree the starting level and learning outcomes, then group participants by role or experience where useful. New users may need CRM basics; experienced users may need a process refresher or admin handover.
Hubflow provides independent practical training and enablement. A Hubflow session does not award an official HubSpot certification. You can use HubSpot Academy separately where certification is your goal.
Reference notes, process guides or recordings can be included when agreed in the scope. Recording arrangements and appropriate handling of account data are confirmed before the session; they are not automatic inclusions.
Yes. Sessions focus on the tools available in your account and the access participants need. Features, permissions and limits are checked for the applicable subscription; training does not assume every participant has the same access.
Training is quoted against preparation, topics, participant needs, session format and agreed materials or follow-up. Training within a wider implementation must be explicitly included in that scope. HubSpot software fees are separate.
Follow-up questions, refresher sessions and ongoing support can be scoped separately or included by agreement. If the account setup is causing the difficulty, we can discuss an audit or a targeted configuration improvement.
